Vacancy Registration

• FDPM tracks eligibility by municipal ordinance.

• FDPM offers the option to complete property registrations for you.

  • FDPM will monitor for vacancy and automatically complete the necessary documentation to register the property on your behalf.

 

Property Lien Remediation/Clear Title

• If a property has a lien of any nature on the books for that municipality then FDPM, with permission from you, will handle the payment, legal functions, and closing of that lien.

 

Initial Services

• Once the property is eligible, FDPM will perform preservation services on the property to ensure the property is maintained and is safe and secure.

Conveyance (FHA)

• When the property is ready to convey after the sale, FDPM works at full capacity to complete all necessary repairs and provide the client with a full conveyance condition report.
